How We Help

Life changes. Sometimes you see it coming. Sometimes you don’t.

A change in health, relationships, work, caregiving, living arrangements, or the loss of someone you love can affect much more than the thing that changed.

Suddenly there are questions to answer, decisions to make, resources to find, conversations to have—and sometimes an entirely new version of daily life to figure out.

Life Full Circle provides non-medical support before, during and after significant life transitions.

We meet you where you are, help you understand what you’re facing, and work alongside you as you determine what comes next.

Our Goal: Live Best. You Define Better.

Living best won’t look the same for everyone—or even the same for one person throughout their lifetime.

You define what better means for you.

Our role is to help you understand your options, identify the support and resources available to you, preserve your voice and choices, and navigate with as much agency and autonomy as possible.

Ways We Can Help

Planning & Preparation

You don’t have to wait for something to happen before thinking about what you may need.

We help you consider possibilities, understand your options, organize important information, identify resources and create a plan that reflects what matters to you—whether you’re planning just in case, preparing for something you know may be coming, or dealing with a transition that has already arrived.

Transition Support & Navigation

When one part of life changes, other parts often change with it.

We help you identify what needs attention, sort through questions and choices, locate appropriate resources and professionals, and create manageable next steps as you adjust to a changing life, role or circumstance.

Companioning & Emotional Support

Sometimes there isn’t something to fix. Sometimes you need someone willing to be present while you navigate what is happening.

We provide non-clinical emotional support, presence and companioning through uncertainty, difficult decisions, changing circumstances and significant life moments—without judgment and without imposing our choices on yours.

Caregiver & Circle-of-Care Support

The person receiving care isn’t the only person affected by a major life change.

We support caregivers, family, friends and others within the circle of care with information, respite, practical assistance, resource navigation and companioning—including support as caregiving roles change or come to an end.

End-of-Life & Vigil Support

Dying is part of living, and there can still be choices about how that time is experienced.

We provide non-medical support for individuals and their circles of care as end of life approaches, including preparation, comfort, presence, vigil support, information, resource navigation and practical assistance based on the needs and wishes of the individual and those supporting them.

Lifing & Legacy

How you show up. What you want to leave.

Legacy doesn’t have to begin at the end of life.

Lifing & Legacy creates space to explore what matters to you, how you want to show up in the life you’re living, and what you want to create, preserve, share or leave behind.

This work can happen at any point in life, during a major transition, near end of life, or with a circle of care wanting to honor and preserve something meaningful about someone they love.

How We Work Alongside You

The situation may change. The way we support your ability to choose does not.

Across our services, Life Full Circle may provide:

Education — Helping you understand information, options and questions so you can participate meaningfully in decisions that affect your life.

Advocacy — Helping you identify and communicate what matters to you, prepare for important conversations, ask questions and maintain your voice in the decisions that affect you.

Resource Navigation — Helping you identify appropriate resources, services and professionals and understand how they may fit into your situation.

Practical Support — Helping turn information and decisions into manageable next steps and providing hands-on, non-medical support when appropriate.

Companioning — Staying alongside you through the process, because sometimes support isn’t about having another answer. It’s about not having to navigate every piece alone.

You can’t prepare for every curve life may take. But knowing your options can help you meet the unexpected with greater choice, confidence and autonomy.

Anyone. Anywhere. Alongside. The whole way.
