Know Before You Need to Know.

Life comes with things we often don’t learn about until suddenly we need to know them.

What is a health care proxy? Who can speak for me if I can’t speak for myself? What exactly does hospice do? What’s a doula? Who are the people I trust to help me? What resources exist outside of the services I already know about?

These shouldn’t be questions we only start asking during a crisis.

Life Full Circle believes access to understandable information, resources and options helps people make more informed choices about their lives.

Through Education • Community • Connections, Life Full Circle brings practical lifing education into everyday conversations—before, during and after life’s transitions.

Know Your Choices.

Understanding your options gives you a better opportunity to participate in decisions affecting your life.

We provide education around planning, care, support services, life transitions and other practical topics.

The goal isn’t to tell you what to choose.

It’s to help you know choices exist.

Know Your People.

Who are the people you trust? Who knows what matters to you? Who would you call in a crisis? Who could step in? Does the person you consider your person know?

Your circle of care may include family, friends, chosen family, neighbors, professionals or community.

We create opportunities to think intentionally about who your people are—and what you may need from one another before something happens.

Know Your Resources.

Sometimes help exists. We simply don’t know it exists.

Hospice. Doulas. Companion care. Advocacy. Coaching. Community organizations. Support groups. Professional services. Private-pay resources. Public programs.

Part of lifing education is understanding what different kinds of support are, what they do, when they may be useful and where to begin looking for them.

Know Before You Need to Know.

There are also the everyday “Nobody ever told me that” things.

The forms you’ve seen but never understood. The questions you didn’t know you should ask. The unusual family or life circumstance that doesn’t fit neatly into the usual instructions. The resource you discover only after you desperately needed it.

We want to make those conversations easier to have before you’re trying to learn everything while overwhelmed.

Education Should Be Accessible

Information may technically be available and still not be truly accessible.

It may be difficult to find, difficult to understand, filled with unfamiliar terminology or simply never reach the people who could benefit from knowing it.

Life Full Circle is committed to helping make practical information, education and resources more understandable and accessible, with particular attention to communities that have historically had fewer opportunities to access them.

How We Bring Lifing Education Into the Community

Programming may include workshops, conversations, community events, resource-sharing, educational content, guest professionals, speaking engagements and collaborative programs with community organizations.

All About Lifing

All About Lifing is where we explore the information, choices, resources and conversations that can help us navigate life more intentionally.

Because lifing isn’t only about preparing for what might happen.

It’s also about understanding the life you’re living now and where you want to go.

The Lifing Room

The Lifing Room brings those conversations into shared spaces through workshops, gatherings, panels, community conversations and other educational experiences.

It’s a place to ask questions, learn from professionals and one another, discover resources and talk about the things we often don’t discuss until life forces us to.

Know Your Choices. Know Your People. Know Your Resources.

Know before you need to know.
